Overview
Grand Hyatt Berlin is one of the city’s most sophisticated conference and meeting hotels, with nine flexible conference and meeting rooms. Furthermore, you can book our mesa restaurant exclusively for your event.
Grand Ballroom
The grand ballroom measures 743 sq.m and can be divided into two separate rooms with separate entrances. It is flooded with natural light, fitted with superior quality parquet flooring and six-metre high ceilings. The ballroom has high quality parquet flooring, a stage, and can accommodate up to 350 guests in classroom style.
It is modern and minimalist in design. Through high quality materials and neutral furnishing, the ballroom allows your creativity free flight. Whether car presentation, concert, incentive or a celebratory gala dinner - you determine the character of your event.
As it is without columns, the ballroom is suitable for all types of seating. The six metre high ceiling offers sufficient space to apply your ideas and imagination for a successful event.

Renzo Piano & José Rafael Moneo
The Renzo Piano conference room measures 100 m². A large glazed fronting guarantees a generous amount of daylight whatever the weather. The windows can be opened to provide fresh air or can be completely blacked out, to provide a pleasant atmosphere for all forms of presentations.
The Jose Raphael Moneo conference room measures 88 m². It is the ideal choice for groups with up to 80 guests or can be joined with the Renzo Piano room to provide an event location for up to 180 guests.
Both rooms can be connected to form a large, single room.

Hans Kollhoff & Arata Isozaki & Richard Rogers
Star architect Hans Kollhoff lent his name to our smallest conference room. With 40 m², it is perfect for private circles of up to 20 guests.
Together with the Arata Isozaki conference room, it can be combined to form a larger room for up to 70 guests.
Our conference room Arata Isozaki has an area of 60 m². It is, as are all our rooms, illuminated by daylight with windows that can be blacked out to provide the atmosphere for all types of presentation.
Arata Isozaki is the ideal choice for groups with up to 45 guests and can be joined with the Hans Kollhoff conference room.
The Richard Rogers conference room has an area of 60m². It is, as are all our conference rooms, supplied with coffee making equipment, air conditioning and a generously day lit window fronting.
This room is perfect for events for up to 50 guests.

Then we will prepare our exclusively designed boardroom for you. The focus of which is formed by a large, elegant, round oak table with comfortable leather seating.
The boardroom is perfect for meetings or presentations with your business partners, boards of management or directors. Modern art and exhibition pieces complete the exclusive atmosphere.
Our exclusive library provides with an area of 135 m², accommodation for up to 100 guests.
With pale parquet flooring, a modern adaptation of a Tizian painting in a contemporary setting, its view of the Berlin Philharmonic and the Tiergarten, it provides a location for not only business, but also private events. The library is perfect, due to its warm atmosphere, for weddings, private concerts or wine tasting sessions to name a few.
