Rice Sensation from 27 August until 20 September 2015
Rice: so simple on the one hand, but so full of variety on the other. That is why we focus on this ingredient on our menu at Vox restaurant.
Chef Benjamin Haselbeck and Chef Patissier Benjamin Donath have created a seven-course menu based around the ingredient.
Different cultures, types and textures of rice are going to shine, as one of the oldest food staples is seen in a new light this September.
Our sake sommelier will be serving corresponding sake.
Thai asparagus, lemon, honey, spruce needle
Wing of Arctic skate, cherries, black beans, sesame leaves
Pork chin, pear, corn, coconut, rose hip
Eel, duck skin, parsley, hempseed

Tizian light as the summer from 1 July until 30 September 2015
The summer menu tastes as light as we imagine a wonderful summer day would. The menu begins with a light salmon trout fillet, followed by a salad with fresh ingredients like mint and watermelon that you should not miss during a hot summer. A smooth labneh with pitta bread joins the composition together with the refreshing red passion-fruit iced tea.
We offer the following menu with the above mentioned ingredients:
Inlaid salmon trout fillet, olive oil, herbs, inlaid lemon
Cucumber salad, watermelon, mint, cashew nuts, coriander
Labneh, sumak, pitta bread
Red passion-fruit iced tea
